Oyo State Commissioner for Youths and Sports Development, Asiwaju Seun Fakorede Kicked Off the much anticipated Àgídìgbo Fm/Oyo Governor’s Cup 2021, the first of its kind in the state.
The maiden edition of the Àgídìgbo FM/Governor’s cup has begun on Wednesday, May 5, with the Asiwaju Seun Fakorede taking the kickoff.
Fakorede who spoke at the event lauded Àgídìgbo FM for what he described as a wonderful initiative and collaboration. He stated that the state government will continue to support such initiatives by private sectors.
Also, the commissioner added that a joint venture between government and the private sector to ensure continuity of such events is necessary.
Oriyomi’s Agidigbo FM is setting a pace for its counterparts after a successful planning and execution of such football activity which is ongoing in Oyo state.
