OAPs that graduated at the just concluded convocation of the University of Ibadan



At the recently concluded University of Ibadan Convocation ceremony, the spotlight extended beyond the customary cap-and-gown proceedings. Notably, a cadre of accomplished On-Air Personalities (OAPs) took center stage, receiving well-deserved academic honors.

1. DR. EYITAYO FOLORUNSO – HONOR FM, IBADAN

Dr. Eyitayo Folorunso, known for his resonant voice on Honor FM. Dr. Folorunso’s dedication to both the airwaves and academia reached new heights as he proudly badged Doctor of Philosophy at the just concluded convocation ceremony. 2. LOVETH IGHORUEMUSE – ROYAL ROOTS FM, IBADAN

Not to be outdone, Loveth Ighoruemuse from Royal Roots FM showcased her intellectual prowess by attaining a Master’s degree in Cultural and Media Studies. Ighoruemuse, already a shining figure in the media industry, has added another feather to her cap, proving that education is a journey without bounds.


3. PELUMI ASEHINDE – BCOS

Pelumi Asehinde, one of the fresh voices on Oluyole FM and BCOS, now with a Master’s in Counselling and Human Development Studies, specializing in Remedial and Reformatory Psychology.
