Chairman/CEO of Fresh FM, Dr. Yinka Ayefele (MON) seized the opportunity of the ongoing customer service week, to pen a letter of appreciation and assurance to the fans of the Fresh FM family.
In his letter published across all his social media handles, the tungba gospel crooner said the week as set aside globally is to underscore the importance of customer service and to celebrate their esteemed customers that supports their business.
He then went ahead to reassure them that the station will continue to strive to improve on their platforms, service channel, people and processes to meet the ever increasing expectation of their customers in the coming year.
The Fresh FM family came into existence, exactly 5 years ago, and ever since then it has expanded its tentacles to Abeokuta in Ogun State and Ado-Ekiti in Ekiti State, the Chairman’s state of origin.
