A new Toyota Camry car, popularly called “Big Daddy” has been won by an Oyo town-based woman, Motunrayo Folarin during the raffle draw marking the BCOS TV @ 40 grand finale.
All the processes that led to the emergence of winners were transparent and participatory, as they were carried out by participants.
The venue of the raffle draw which was the BCOS premises was filled with several residents of the state who came around to try their luck.
The winner of the star prize Motunrayo Folarin with ticket number 00008197 was called on her mobile phone severally but no one picked.
Mrs Florence Ojo won a refrigerator while Ranti Mosopeoluwa Mobola won a plot of land.
Speaking at the event, Archbishop Ayo Ladigbolu (Rtd.) said the mammoth audience at the grand finale was an evidence that BCOS remains the first and the best.
The Executive chairman, BCOS, Prince Dotun Oyelade, expressed his delight for the successful grand finale which was part of activities marking the 40th anniversary of the station.
Earlier, the Director of Commercial services said the raffle draw was put together to appreciate customers of the station.
Indeed it was a good outing for the Broadcasting Corporation of State (BCOS).
