Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to station policies, broadcasting standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Conduct investigative journalism and deliver well-researched reports on socio-political issues.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Theatre Arts, or a related field.
Prior experience as a radio presenter or media personality is an advantage.
Exceptional verbal communication skills with a captivating voice.
Fluency in English and/or Yoruba.
Strong knowledge of audience preferences and cultural trends in Oyo State and Ibadan.
Charismatic personality with excellent storytelling and engagement skills.
Solid investigative journalism skills, with the ability to research and present compelling reports.
Experience hosting political talk shows with insightful and balanced discussions.
Must have previously anchored a popular morning show with a strong listenership base.

Job Description:
The General Manager (GM) will provide strategic leadership and oversee all operations of the radio station, ensuring growth, profitability, and brand excellence. The GM will be responsible for driving revenue, managing teams, and ensuring that programming, marketing, and operational strategies align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership and direction for the station’s business and programming operations.
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow listenership, increase revenue, and expand market reach.
Supervise all departments, including marketing, content production, sales, and technical operations.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, advertisers, sponsors, and regulatory bodies.

Job Requirements:
