Double celebration as Ibadan based famous Journalist and a Chief Correspondent of Nigerian Tribune Newspaper, Rotimi Ige, well known as Roy, emerged the winner of 2021 Nigerian Idol, Media Edition. Rotimi, who contested with nine other journalists, went home with the cash prize of N250,000 and 10 packs of Bigi products.
He became the first ever winner of the Nigerian Media Idol, representing the Nigerian Tribune and his brand, Roy Media Sync. He posted on his page, “That’s how I became (the first ever) 2021 Nigerian Idol (Media Edition) winner!!! I am in shock! I won this representing Nigerian Tribune featuring RoyMediaSync.
While in the mood of celebration as Nigerian Media Idol, Maiden Edition, Mr. David Ajiboye, broke another news that came as a shock to him. The CEO of U Fit Fly rewarded Ige with an all expense paid trip to Dubai and Kenya for winning the keenly contested Media Idol.
