In a strategic move aimed at enhancing public awareness and engagement, Honor 103.5 FM, one of Ibadan’s leading radio stations, has entered into a partnership deal with Pacesetter Transport Service (PTS) in Oyo State. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in leveraging the power of media to educate and inform the public.
As part of the partnership, a dedicated radio show will be live on Honor 103.5 FM every Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 am. The show aims to sensitize listeners on various aspects of PTS operations, including safety measures, routes, and services offered. Through this initiative, both organizations seek to foster a deeper connection with the community while addressing pertinent transportation-related issues.
Speaking on the collaboration, Dr. Ibraheem Oladimeji Salami, Chairman of Pacesetter Transport Service, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership. Popularly known as Dikko, Dr. Salami highlighted the agency’s commitment to advancing the Sustainable Action for Economic Recovery (SAfER) initiative of the current administration. He emphasized the symbiotic nature of the relationship, stating that it enables PTS to effectively communicate with the public and promote transparency in its operations.
