Wisdom George Imeh, popularly known as Radio2by2, has been appointed as the Head of Programs at Omoluabi 87.7FM. Born on October 20th in Ibadan, Oyo state, Radio2by2’s journey in the media world has been marked by dedication and talent.
Beginning his education at Army Children School Mokola Barrack Ibadan and later attending Jericho High School Ibadan, Wisdom pursued his B.Sc. in Political Science and Management at the National Open University Ibadan Study Center.
Radio2by2 made his entry into the media scene in 2016 with Megalectrics Nigeria Ltd., contributing to popular stations such as BeatFM, NaijaFm, Classic Fm, and Lagos Talks Fm. Renowned for his Pidgin show on NaijaFm Ibadan, he hosted the night show (FlenjoIB) and weekend shows (Satodayjollof and Sundayjairation), leaving an indelible mark on the airwaves.
In 2021, Wisdom George moved to Royal Roots Fm 92.9 Ibadan, where he continued his Pidgin program every Thursday and Friday from 11 am to 12 noon. He has collaborated with notable figures in the music industry and remains actively involved in radio. Notably, he annually organizes a Gospel concert in Ibadan called ‘Radio2by2 Live in Concert.’
February 2023 marked a new chapter as Wisdom George joined Omoluabi 87.7FM as an On-Air Personality (OAP), bringing his unique style and charisma to radio entertainment. Beyond broadcasting, he serves as the CEO of OBAARA BAND, showcasing versatility in oration, compering, tutoring, and advising.
His appointment as the Head of Programs at the station reflects not only his individual success but also the recognition of his contributions to the dynamic world of radio broadcasting.
