Popular pidgin On-Air-Personaity on Ibadan airwaves, Ojobaro Babatunde, better known as “Mr. Rain” has slammed critics of Ibadan city over what he tagged myopic labelling.
Primus Media City gathered in a video clip he published on his Instagram handle on Thursday, May 13, 2021, where he stood vehemently against the notion that Ibadan residents don’t support themselves. He stated that such notion is not peculiar to Ibadan city neither is it a geographical location but a people’s problem.
He warned those with such myopic mindset to stop parading themselves everywhere trying to paint Ibadan bad but rather focus on giving people the best. “Not everybody will support you, stop seeking validation by seeking who likes you or do not like you…focus and keep giving people that loves you your best”
The Thespian and Creative Director of Theatrehub Africa, went further to describe the city of Ibadan as a place filled with lots of talents and potentials that can rule their world and the world out there.
