Faysol Oluwakemi, a dedicated radio presenter with Fresh FM Nigeria, has announced his latest career milestone: becoming a licensed International Professional Manager under the International Professional Managers Association (IPMA) in the UK.
Oluwakemi’s journey began during his international vacation in November 2023, when he discovered the professional course and certification program in organizational development and transformation through a friend. Despite initial reservations about the program’s cost and intensity, he drew inspiration from a Yoruba proverb, “Tita riro la nkola, Toba jina tan, o d’oge,” which encouraged him to take the leap.
After applying for the program, Oluwakemi received his admission letter in late December 2023 and dedicated himself to rigorous study, assignments, and research. The program, which commenced in January 2024, covered comprehensive modules on organizational management, risk management, organizational transformation, and human resources management.
As a result of his hard work and dedication, Oluwakemi has earned the prestigious associate certifications of AMPMA (Associate Member of Professional Managers Associations) and CIMP (Certified International Professional Manager). He has also been licensed as an International Professional Manager under the International Professional Managers Association (IPMA) in the UK.
Oluwakemi expressed his gratitude and excitement about this achievement, saying, “Alhamdulillah Robil Halameen” (All praise is due to God, the Lord of Mercy). He also humorously announced that his service charges will increase accordingly while he shall be addressed henceforth as Faysol Oluwakemi, AMPMA, CIMP, UK.
