A renowned socio/political Ibadan radio presenter with Splash 105.5 FM, Edmund Obilo, well known as “The Radio Man” has drawn Oyo state government’s attention to Aleshinloye junction, Iyaganku Road in Ibadan, Oyo state, saying it is a valley of death in the city.
Obilo in a detailed documentary described the junction to be dangerous, narrow and chaotic while he charges the state government, and demanding for a lasting solution to solve the chaos. SEE VIDEO BELOW
According to him, “Aleshinloye Junction of Death, Ibadan: It is about a junction known for accidents involving heavy duty vehicles. A trailer coming from Aleshinloye market end, loses control, ramming into a loaded petrol tanker, trailers, and cars, leaving behind tears. Tears for the dead.
