17 Year Old Primus Graduate Becomes News Editor on Kwasu Radio

17 years old Adebisi Precious, a graduate of Primus Media Academy shared his media career story after he recently became the news editor and a radio presenter on Kwasu 103.9 FM. The appointment of Precious as the news editor happened on Thursday, December 16, 2021 after the all necessary screening and interview.

According to his words;

MY JOURNEY IN THE MEDIA INDUSTRY:

As a young boy who grew up with a father that loves listening to radio a lot, I grew up listening to the evergreen presenters
Kola Olootu
Olalomi Amole
Komolafe olaiya
Bayo Faleke
and Afouda Baba Agbalagba in his days at space fm.
I started having interest in broadcasting (radio to be precise).

At the age of 13, I started practicing in my room.
In 2019 August Opeyemi A Olaniyi made my dream of talking on a radio station come true when I made my debut on air @Rehoboth Radion Ng.

In May 2020, Opeyemi Olaniyi introduced me to Adeleye Opemipo who gave me the chance to feature on a program in the radio station that just got her license Pepradio Ibadan where I was till November 2021.
Primus media city is where I will never forget,where I was thought the basics of radio broadcasting.
I gained admission in to kwara state University malete kwara state.
I went there to submit my application and was interviewed.
After the interview yesterday,15th December 2021
I was signed and given the position of Yoruba news editor on Kwasu 103.9 FM and a radio presenter.

Thanks to Damilola Blessing Damilola Blessing Abodunrin that made my dream come to reality
I am just 17 years old
I pray it doesn’t end there
I haven’t gotten to my destination
I have my dream radio station.
